Welcome to Home Barakah. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of homebarakah.com(the “Site”), including any purchase of products through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
The Site is operated by OMAR & ASSOCIATES LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Home Barakah. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to OMAR & ASSOCIATES LLC.
Home Barakah is a retailer. We choose the products we sell, set the prices you pay, process your payment, and stand behind every order. We do not warehouse our own stock — our fulfillment partners hold and ship inventory on our behalf. When you order, they pick, pack, and dispatch the product directly to you.
This keeps our catalog small and our overhead low, which lets us spend our time curating instead of managing a warehouse. It does not change who you are buying from: your contract of sale is with OMAR & ASSOCIATES LLC, trading as Home Barakah— not with our suppliers. We are responsible for ensuring the product you receive matches what was advertised. If it does not, we will refund or replace it in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Dispute Policy.
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.
All products listed on our Site are sourced through our dropshipping fulfillment partners. We strive to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, actual products may vary slightly in color, packaging, or minor details from what is shown on your screen.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes a further 7–18 business days depending on destination and the warehouse fulfilling your order — typically 10–21 business days in total. Shipping is free on orders over $50. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain items (personal care products, intimate goods, perishable goods) are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, contact us at muhammad@homebarakah.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Home Barakah or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Barakah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Barakah, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
