Home Barakah operates as a commission agent. We do not own or hold inventory of the products listed on our Site. When you place an order, we facilitate the transaction between you and our trusted fulfillment partners. Our partners process, package, and ship the product directly to you. We earn a commission for our services — which include curating products, maintaining this website, processing payments, providing customer support, and ensuring quality. We take full responsibility for ensuring that the product you receive matches what was advertised. If the product does not meet the described specifications, we will facilitate a refund or replacement in accordance with our Return Policy.
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.
All products listed on our Site are sourced through our dropshipping fulfillment partners. We strive to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, actual products may vary slightly in color, packaging, or minor details from what is shown on your screen.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Shipping times vary depending on the product, supplier location, and destination. Typical delivery times range from 5 to 14 business days after order processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain items (personal care products, intimate goods, perishable goods) are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, contact us at muhammad@homebarakah.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
